Good morning Willow Class!

I hope you have all had a lovely week. Thank you to the children who have sent in work this week! If you haven’t already, send it to admin@st-annes.wandsworth.sch.uk with Willow in the subject line.

Well done to Dasha, Jessica, Malachijah, Hal and Preston who have all been busy practising their maths skills on Sumdog this week!  Jessica and Dasha have also been busy practising their spellings! You have all earned 100 coins and the house has been opened as a reward 🙂

Samuel went on a minibeast hunt and found caterpillars and frogs! He has also been busy completing the White Rose maths activities from our class blog, well done Samuel!

Milena completed the Science challenge and made a boat that floats! What materials can you see that Milena used? Why do you think she chose these?

Jessica has been completed lots of activities from the home learning tasks. Her holiday resort design made me feel like I was on an exotic holiday and really cheered me up! Jessica enjoyed listening to the story of Grendel and wrote her own story about a chocolate land, yum!

I hope lots of you entered the Wow Poetry Competition, the deadline for entries is today! Here is an entry from Jessica. It really made me smile because it reminded me of all the things that make me feel happy too 🙂
