This week has been Children’s Mental health week, with the theme of ‘Find your Brave’. In each class we have really loved taking part in mental health week and thinking about the positive things we can do to have healthy minds.

The children, each week, have a focus on a small task they can do and this was highlighted more this week. Other activities included: self worth, P4C, making worry dolls, yoga, meditation, mindful colouring and show and tell with an object that represents when we were brave!
